Rehabilitation and Renewal isn’t a journey we take alone. As an Rehab/Renewal community, we focus on honoring our commitments. A sign of emotional health is the ability to keep your promises; especially ones you make to yourself. Making a commitment with believers walking the same path is a safe and effective place to start.
Those of us in this Rehab/Renewal community have committed to the daily submission of a comment on this site. This commitment forces us to dedicate time to our spiritual life, this is the way we’ve chosen to be accountability. When you submit your comment, choose “Accountability” in the “Topic” dropdown. These comments are strictly confidential and you will not receive a response unless you specifically request a response. Some of us record the progress we’re making in our addictions, some of us give words to our struggles, some of us respond to the daily devotion.
We have a message board, and a Facebook where we share our Rehab/Renewal journey with one another. We also recommend being part of a local church, and participating in a small group as well as this community.

Hebrews 3:12-13 – “Take care, brothers, lest there be in any of you an evil, unbelieving heart, leading you to fall away from the living God. But exhort one another every day, as long as it is called “today”, that none of you may be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin.”
